September 22, 2023, Mississauga, ON – …. The Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL) is launching a new mobile app, the league announced today.
Available to download free of charge on Apple and Android devices, the new app will provide easy access to OJHL news, standing, top scorers, schedules, transactions and much more.
“As part of the new digital offering strategy, the incorporation of a new mobile app was a key initiative for the league,” said OJHL Commissioner Marty Savoy. “Our staff have worked hard on the launch of the app and are extremely excited about the offering for our players, supporters and fans.”
“This aligns with the launch of the new website and the updated OJHL social media strategy with initiatives such as OJHL on the Fly and OJHL Reels.”
A link to weekly photos shot and selected by our own team of OJHL Images photographers will also be highlighted on the app.
Polls, contests and giveaways will be incorporated into the app during the 2023-24 season to make the experience more interactive for the fans.
